Price and accommodation
PRICE PER ANY PARTICIPANT: 876 euro (6 nights/7 days)
It means 146 euro/night
BONUS: The workshop and the seminary for pedagogues in the price of 300€ is already included in the total price!!!
THE PRICE INCLUDES:
- Participation in the New Prague Dance Festival - Competition 2025
- Workshops - Masterclasses - in total there will be 8 hours (60 min) of workshop lessons - classical, modern, hip hop dance and special techniques (Pilates, Character/folk dance) under the leading of the professors of the Dance Univeristy Department (HAMU) and the State Dance Conservatory
- Dance seminary for pedagogues (classical dance - Vaganova method)
- Special seminary - theatrical make-up!!!
- Half Board
- Accommodation in ***+ (three-plus star) hotel IBIS Old Town in the heart of Prague (until we have places). From the evening of 7/5 to morning 7/11 2025 (six nights)!!!
- Breakfast on 7/6, 7/7, 7/8, 7/9, 7/10, 7/11 2025
- Dinner on 7/5, 7/6, 7/7, 7/8, 7/9 2025
- Final GALA evening and festive dinner on July 10th 2025
- Meeting and dinner of the groups' leaders with the direction of NPDF on June 6th 2025
- Usage of theatres and accessory technical facilities during stage rehearsals and performances during a period assigned to each participating group/company
- Medical assistance (first aid) during stage rehearsals and performances in the premises of the New Prague Dance Festival and also at the workshops
- Cultural and touristic program in Prague
- Assistance of festival guide/interpreter assigned to your bus group. Guide is to assist, help and mediate communication with festival leadership. Festival guide can take you to the Prague Castle or any other place of your interest (Museums, Art galleries, churches), arranges sightseeing trip on the day off and will accompany you during most of your stay.
- For your day off a bus transportation to interesting historical places of your choosing (Karlstejn castle, Cesky Sternberk castle, Krivoklat castle, town of Kutna Hora, Terezin, Rückl Crystal glassworks in Nizbor or the ZOO).
- Transportation for all participants from airport to hotel and back. Transport airport - hotel - airport will be provided for a minimum number of 4 people - individually coming people should arrange their own transport (in a case there is a vacant place on the NPDF bus, they can join). Theatre and Workshop studio is only 10 - 15 minutes walking from the hotel.
- A boat cruise on Vltava River with dinner on the boat.
- Free places at theatres for all nights of the New Prague Dance Festival and the festive dinner + possibility to follow the whole sightseeing programe for all paying accompanying members, parents, friends.
- BONUS - a photo package arranged by organizer
THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Transportation from your country to the Czech Republic and back
- Special drinks during meals (except water)
- Insurance
- Visa fees
- Letters of Guarantee
- The Covid tests are not included in the price of the Festival
- Admission/entrance fees to any historical buildings, professional guided tours in castles, etc. This applies to the free day trip - castle entrance and guided tour is not included in festival price. For example at Karlstejn castle the price for the English guided tour is about 10€.
ACCOMMODATION
- Accommodation in ***+ (three-plus star) hotel IBIS Old Town (www.ibis.com) in the heart of Prague (unless we reach full hotel capacity).
- Hotel rooms are double rooms (single room should be paid extra - 65 euro per person per day). In a case of triple rooms or family rooms - only on special request and within the possibilities of the Ibis Hotel. All rooms have their own individual bathrooms.
- For every night of the stay outside the period of duration of the New Prague Dance Festival (7/5 - 7/11 2025) a surcharge of 110 euro per person will be charged extra. In the case of one day more on 7/12 2025 with a planned guided tour of the historical building of the National Theatre of Prague is the price 120 euro.
Other notes
- The price is the same for dancers-students, parents, friends, companies, teachers and conductors accompanying schools and organisations.
- Participation is free of charge for one school or group leader in case the group consists of 20 people or more (for the period of 7/5 - 7/11 2025), in other cases the leader/pedagogue has 50% discount.
- Groups of less than 8 participants will be accepted after consultation with the organizators (and even with leader all members will pay the fee)
- If a group (of more than 15 people) stays in Prague longer and requests assistance of (their) festival guide, a fee of 60 euro/day will be charged per any extra day

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- Personal or collective passport with insurance required by competent authorities, confirmation of dancers health conditions
- The Czech Republic is a member of the EU, it is necessary to have a valid passport or visa if you are not a member of EU with the collective passport an original identity card or visa issued by the Embassy with a seat in the participant’s country
- The organisators can not provide you any stamps or special certificates of the foreign police, just the official invitation letter of the NPDF organisation, if needed.
